The Current Development Situation Of Private Kindergartens And Its Research Strategy In Gejiu Yunnan Province

At present,the private kindergarten occupying for about half of China's preschool education activities,the quality of private preschool education of rural children in the future.Therefore,study of villages and towns private kindergarten has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the development of the yunnan gejiu rural private kindergartens as sample,emphatically discusses the general situation of the development of the current rural private kindergarten,the existence question and the solution.Full text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part.This chapter for the reason of selected topic,the research status of private kindergarten at home and abroad were analyzed and summarized;For the villages and towns,private kindergartens,define the concept of the development of the private kindergarten.Expounds the basic purpose of this study,through field investigation of gejiu rural private kindergartens and analysis research,grasp the overall situation of the current rural private kindergarten development,reveals the main problems,and in-depth analysis of the causes,put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem,in order to promote the health of the gejiu rural private kindergarten,rapid and high quality development,to provide reference for other villages and towns district preschool education.The second chapter mainly in the deeply analysis of gejiu township,on the basis of private kindergarten development background,on the development stages of gejiu rural private kindergarten,and then from the distribution and types,the teachers troop construction,curriculum setting,hardware facilities,management present situation to carry out the research of gejiu rural private kindergarten.The third chapter analyzes the restrictive factors of the development of private Kindergarten in Gejiu City.The private kindergartens in Gejiu City are faced with many internal and external constraints.This chapter tries to analyze and study the restrictive factors of these problems.The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures for the development of private Kindergarten in Gejiu City Aiming at the problems in gejiu rural private kindergartens and restriction factor,contact the national,provincial,state,city policy and actual situation of villages and towns,the author thinks that the government should strengthen the support and supervision of rural private kindergartens;Private kindergartens should strengthen their own level of kindergarten and conditions,strengthening the construction of teachers,improve teachers' professional level,multilateral cooperation,promote the health development of gejiu rural private kindergarten.
