Research On Current Situation And Promoting Countermeasure Of Physical Training In District Children’s Palaces Of Guangzhou

With the improvement of people’s living standards and the increase of people’s sports concept and sports consciousness,sports become one of the mass lifestyles,and the young people having strong body,iron will and being full of vitality are a manifestation of the national vitality.Therefore,to strengthen the physical exercise of young people and to improve the physical quality of young people have become the focus of attention.More and more parents let their children participate in the physical training team,which has promoted the vigorous development of youth’s sports training market.As the important forms and places of adolescent public service which the government provides for the taxpayers,the children’s palaces’ sports training also shows a continuous hot phenomenon,but followed by a variety of development problems,so that the industry and academics has given high attention on this issue.The research has selected the district children’s palaces’ sports training of Guangzhou as the research object and used the methods of document literature,questionnaire survey,field investigation,interview,etc.,on the basis of describing the present situation of sports training situation of Guangzhou’s children’s palaces to actively seek the countermeasures for its sustainable development.The results show that parents are more satisfied with the sports training of children’s palaces,and generally believe that as a formal training institutions of the government,it is safe with high reliable credit and trustworthy;most parents support their children to participate in appropriate sports training,and the participating sports mainly are swimming,Taekwondo,badminton,etc.The motive of the parents is mainly for the children’ health,to meet their hobbies and to enrich their amateur life;the channels of the parents give access to sports training mainly through word of mouth or through Wechat,Weibo and other new media to obtain information;the structure of coaches is reasonable,but most of them are part-time coaches,so that the qualification level needs to be improved;the coaches think that the adult-oriented teaching methods,the non-standard teaching facilities,the lack of relevant information and books,and the poor teaching environment are also the practical problems in the training.They believe that the main reasons of influencing children’s palace sports training are the sports concepts and family economic situation of parents;although the management staffs of district children’s palaces’ sports training of Guangzhou have higher overall education level,but the talent structure is unreasonable.They are mainly sports professional talents,but the talents who know sports and management are lacking.These also lead to their management strategy being relatively traditional and single,the lack of brand awareness,the old-fashioned marketing strategies,and the publicity methods slavishly following others with the lack of innovation.In view of the above,it puts forward four suggestions: changing concepts,optimizing and integrating the resources of sports training in district;clearing position,and promote the sports training work of children’s palaces in advance with the time;improving the overall level of coaches,and expanding the social awareness;improving the comprehensive quality of management staffs,creating brand project of sports training.
