Study On Masked Psychological Crisis Of College Students And Its Educational Countermeasures

At present,the psychological crises of college students happen frequently.Among the psychological crises,it is so difficult to find the masked psychological crisis that the success rate of suicide caused by masked psychological crisis is higher than other psychological crises.However,the research achievements about masked psychological crisis and its intervention are still rare,and the existing intervention mechanism of college for psychological crises is usually unable to deal with the masked psychological crisis of college students.In this article,the characteristics of college students' masked psychological crisis and the reasons that are difficult to be found are analysed from the perspective of principle of pedagogy,educational psychology applied psychology principle.On this basis,the relevant educational countermeasures are proposed to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the work of prevention,early warning and intervention for college students latent psychological crisis.This article is divided into four parts: In the first part,introduction,the background,the significance of the research trends at home and abroad,the research content and purpose,research methods and research ideas of this paper are briefly introduced,and the concept of masked and masked psychological crisis are defined.In the second part,it is analysed that the current situation,characteristics,the main types and harm of college students' masked psychological crisis from five colleges in our province for nearly three years.In the third part,the reasons that the masked psychological crisis of college students are difficult to be found are analysed based on the effectiveness of psychological test scale,the parties,the relevant personnel(including parents,peers and teachers),etc..In the fourth part,aiming at the reasons analysed in the third part,three education countermeasures to discover and defuse the college students' masked psychological crisis are proposed as follows: The first is to improve the screening efforts of masked psychological crisis by improving test scale from the aspects of revise,quality control and auxiliary measures.The second is to let the masked psychological crisis to find a suitable outlet by constructing the core value system,strengthening the mental health education and life education,establishing the correct concept of life,cultivating interpersonal trust,guiding the active help and other measures to correct education of the parties and enable students to correct misconceptions,enhance understanding,form a healthy mentality.The third is to improve the awareness of relevant personnel and timely discover the crisis emerging by changing the ideas of students' parents,improving understanding,enhancing heart to heart communication,strengthening and training the peer education,the establishment of the "sunshine peer group",perfecting the construction of teacher team,and taking the initiative to build trust relationship.
