The rural schools’ education informatization infrastructure construction has being productive with government’s authority.More and more networked computers or interactive whiteboard come into classrooms and digital education resources platform are highly valued and increasing number of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools participate in training.As the Internet and the Internet resources coming into rural class at an alarming rate,especially after Chinese government launched the strategy of "Internet plus",on one hand,lead a change to traditional village class by creating a thought that through online learning,remote control and other modern means to build a new model of rural education with the Internet can effectively improve rural education.On the other hand,the situation of rural teachers’ information technology application is not optimistic and the construction concept has to be changed from hardware to teachers ’ application.For traditional rural teaching,city standardized textbooks and cramming teaching method for the purpose of test is the root cause to class inefficient.That means inappropriate teaching contents and simple lecturing teaching caused the inefficient of knowledge transmission,capacity improvement,emotional cultivation and bad interaction between teachers and students.Teaching inefficient is the biggest trouble to rural classroom.As "synchronous class","resource class","smart class" and other new attempts of "Internet teaching" appears,class form and teaching process are changing,which makes learning will no longer be controlled and the result is no longer clear.Have the form of "Internet plus classroom" deed solved the problems of rural teachers’ teaching? This study answers the basic problem by splitting it into three sub-problems:(1)What can "the Internet plus" bring to rural teachers’ teaching?(2)What is the resistance to rural teachers’ deep application(3)What role can rural teachers play under the background of "The Internet plus ".By analyzing the data from questionnaires,interviews and participatory observation through several times field work to rural schools in Yunnan and Guizhou province,I found that under the background of "Internet plus",rural teachers still face new teaching problems.(1).The old rural teachers are rejecting the advanced teaching technology and the young rural teachers face technology application confusion.(2)Rural teachers can not adapt to the role of "effective supporters of class" and they have no idea of how to combine and choose curriculum resources and how to blend the rural characteristic resources to new teaching model.(3)Some short-term volunteer teachers’ s city teaching method can not adapt the raural environment and many rural teachers can not adapt their new role in Inernt teaching atmosphere.Village culture still hinders the immersion of Internet culture and exam-oriented education is still the theme of rural classroom,which led to deficient social support.This study attributes the problems from three aspects,technology,culture and rural teachers’ ability.At the technical level,informative equipment in classroom still can not meet the needs of daily teaching application and rural teachers have problem in adapting to technical teaching tools.At the cultural level,the "Internet plus class" model ignores the particularity of rural students’ development and urban and rural differences affected the rural teachers’ teaching culture.At the ability level,rural teachers’ technology teaching ability can not meet the need of the "Internet plus".To solve the problems above,this study suggests that we should establish the new paradigm of "the Internet plus class" from design to application.First of all,on the top layer design we should focus interactive win-win situation between urban and rural areas by establishing unimpeded network and construct generative resources based on the lively development of rural students.Secondly,we should promote rural teachers’ quality and their ability by establish teacher community across city and countryside,making them adapt to their new roles under "the Internet plus" environment as soon as possible.Finally,we should make good use of cloud resource platform and mobile devices,building the "cloud interactive classroom" between urban and rural areas.
