Having participating the national training plan— the research program for seeded teachers' workshop in Chongqing,the thesis tries to compare different research abilities of kindergarten teachers before the program and after the program.Besides,the thesis comes to a preliminary evaluation for the validity of the program and draws the conclusion.Though the concept of kindergarten teachers' research abilities of music includes many aspects of meanings,the thesis attempts to conclude from following five aspects: the ability of teaching content given by the reality,the ability of composition,the ability of teaching summing-up and academic research,the ability of organizing research activities,and the ability of developing teaching resources.By means of five research methods,50 kindergarten teachers involving in the program are received the research and then it comes following conclusions:1.There are 77% of those kindergarten teachers work for public kindergarten,23% of them for private ones;49% of them hold associate degree,42% of them hold the bachelor's degree;60% of them do not hold any professional degree;2.20% of those kindergarten teachers are not participated in research activities,53% of them are only participators but not organizer;78% of them have never published academic papers;3.It is found that kindergarten teachers who have experience more than 20 years handle a better research ability than those under 20 years.However,whether a kindergarten teacher holds professional degree nor not have little effect on research ability of music.After two years of training(intensive training within 80 days),those kindergarten teachers in the program have significantly improvement on the choice of teaching content,organization of research activities and publication of academic papers.Therefore,the thesis concludes that it certainly has positive effects on the research abilities of those kindergarten teachers who participate in the research program for seeded teachers' workshop in Chongqing.
