Rural kindergarten is a stakeholder organization whose activities involve the interests of many groups such as children,parents,kindergarten teachers,principals,investors,educational administrations departments,the communities,mass media and so on.Different stakeholders focus on the children's learning and development have different interests,there are two kinds of performances between their interest relationship: one is the interests of consistency,the second is the differences of interest.Benefit agreement is beneficial to the benefit sharing of the interests of all the stakeholders,differences of interest is not conducive to the development of children,and even has adverse effects to the interests of every stakeholder demands.Therefore,it is necessary for us to recognize the interests of the stakeholders involved in the "elementary school" in rural kindergartens and the benefit consistent and differences between different interest subjects,seeking to coordinate and balance the differences of interests of the various stakeholders.This study based on the stakeholders,this paper takes the two different nature of the kindergarten in Shiyan City and Qianjiang District of Chongqing Municipality as the research object.Through the text analysis method and the preliminary interview method combined with the existing research on stakeholders,the study sums up the three core elements that stakeholders must have.Through the layers of screening and summarizing that rural kindergarten "primary school" of four directly related interest subjects:kindergarten teachers,children parents,kindergarten principals and primary school teachers.Stakeholders show the same side of interest because of the emphasis on the comprehensive development of children.Because of the disjointedness of ideas and behavior,they show the conflict of interest in children 's learning content,learning style,and “primary school” and young convergence.Coordination the differences of interest between stakeholders,to achieve rural kindergarten to “schoolification”,all the stakeholders need to strengthen the understanding of the five areas,enhance the understanding of children's games,understand early childhood development phases and difference;Education administrative department needs to play a leading role,,increase the state's investment,implement and implement the “primary school” policy,strengthen two-way communication between kindergarten and primary school;Between various stakeholders should also carry out positive and effective communication,make full use of media resources,promoting scientific and educational knowledge,ease the urgent needs of the parents for quality pre-school education.
