With the development of society,the rapid development of economy and emerging industries continue to emerge,China needs a large number of technical personnel,especially the high-tech enterprises need a group of skilled talents of high quality.And the higher vocational college students as the backbone of higher vocational education is particularly important,but in fact,students employment and job requirements exist cognitive bias,resulting in two kind of strange phenomenon,one is on the one hand is the graduates can not find work,"difficult employment" phenomenon;on the other hand is the country is badly in need of senior technical talents,"labor shortage" phenomenon.The reasons for the emergence of these two phenomena,this study is based on vocational interest factors,it researches on the impact of career choice intention of higher vocational students.And the paper combined with Holland vocational interest inventory and the actual situation of Jilin Province in the development of the questionnaire,I mainly investigate on the influence of higher students’ vocational interest for career choice intention in Jilin province from family,school and individual these three aspects.The purpose is that finds out the main reason for employment difficult,labor shortage and job-hopping or switch job of higher vocational students,and put forward scientific suggestions for the series of problems,and school education factors,family environment factors,personal factors have great influence on career choice intention of higher vocational students.The survey results show that:the higher vocational students career choice intention of interest degree and consideration factors are different,but the main factors affect its problems from the family,school and personal factors;But higher vocational students in Jilin Province is not high for the interest of career choice intention,its factors is mainly the salary and other external factors,they consider vocational interest as its dominant factors of higher vocational students rarely;Through the analysis found that there are obvious differences in different regions and gender of higher vocational students’ career choice intention’s interest degree.In the view of vocational interest influence on career choice intention of existing problems in higher vocational students in Jilin Province,this paper put forward from school,family and individuals to improve the interest of the students career choice intention:To improve the school curriculum system,strengthen the occupation interest guidance: during the period of school should strengthen higher vocational students’ interest in their chosen occupation occupation intention to guide the establishment of professional occupation,feasible interest psychological counseling mechanism should be the public interest in the occupation occupation choice intention to guide the individual to guide the development of interest,strengthen the professional knowledge in the curriculum the ethos of the school renovation,strengthening students’ Ideological Education in Higher Vocational Colleges occupation choice intention;Play the guiding role of the family,Increase students’ sense of trust:increase the children’ sense of trust to their own parents;Self vocational interest,extensive and stable increase of practical occupation interest:encourage the development of higher vocational students’ interest,enhance the comprehensive vocational interest,strengthen the vocational interest in career choice intention stability and so on,these suggestions can strengthen the vocational interest in the effects of career choice intention of higher vocational students in Jilin Province.
