| Career interest is the most important factor in career choice.For secondary vocational students,vocational interest is one of the important factors that affect their career choice.It plays an important role in the interaction between individual career selection and post selection,and it is also an important content of career guidance.It is not only the embodiment of students’ career planning,but also the guarantee of the employment rate of secondary vocational students in China.Self efficacy has a positive effect on Vocational Students’ career choice.Based on this,this study summarizes the relevant literature on professional interest,based on the Holland China Vocational Interest Scale revised by Bai Ligang,Ling wenshuan and Fang Liluo,and the Chinese version of self-efficacy scale compiled by Wang caikang,etc.,has good reliability and validity.Using the method of random sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 secondary vocational students from 9 different majors in Changsha Yinglan secondary vocational school.A total of266 valid questionnaires were received,with an effective rate of 88.6%.Through statistical analysis of data,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The average score of Vocational Students’ vocational interest types is: realistic type > traditional type > enterprise type > art type > social type > exploration type.(2)The six factors of professional interest were positively correlated with self-efficacy.(3)In addition to the traditional type,self-efficacy has a certain predictive effect on the five types of professional interest.For the employment choice and career planning of secondary vocational students,we should take the orientation of career interest as the main consideration,and comprehensively consider the needs of real career and personal development and many other factors,so that they can make scientific and reasonable career choice and rational planning judgment,and then provide new ideas for effectively guiding vocational students to adjust their career interests and scientifically plan their career.Through the questionnaire survey and result analysis of Vocational Students’ self-efficacy and vocational interest,it is found that the self-efficacy of secondary vocational students can predict various types of vocational interest. |
