The Research About Social Worker Intervene In The Problems Of College Village Officials’ Adaptability

College village officials group,under the new period,is a fresh force to creat a new village of modern informatization.Since the setting of village official position,group after group of outstanding graduates of colleges and universities are transported to the countryside.In the process of constructing new village,they combine their knowedge into rural reality,in order to lead them to a rich future.However college graduates with their student identity changing into village official,will have lots of adaptability problems from the city to the countryside,from school to society.At present,the number of college student village officials has a steady growth every year.If the appearance of a large team problems,it will affect the development of rural areas.Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance to solving the problem of college students adaptability problemsThis paper,from the perspective of social work,uses professional methods of social work to study the adaptability of college students village officials.In general,under specifically includes the content of this study.First,the scale is used to measure the adaptability of the village officials in the town of X village,Pingli County,and the adaptive behavior scale is used to study the problem types of their adaptability.The second is that the social work professional methods are involved in college students’ adaptability problem.After the Assessment of adaptability symptoms and the need,we make a personalized intervention strategy.In the form of case service,continuous period changes are used to intervention.Specifically,we use repeated contact with the victim and the implementation of social activities as intervention methods to strengthen and consolidate the effect of intervention.Thirdly,through the practical intervention of social work,it puts forward constructive suggestions to solve the problem of college students’ village suitability.The result of this study shows: the same as other studies of the same type,there are also some adaptability problems in village officials of X Town,Pingli County.It mainly shows at these areas like the adaptation of rural environment,work,and organizational management,and this adaptation problem also have a variety.It is necessary to improve the adaptability of college students village officials by using the guidance of social work to know the needs of the owners,to develop a individual intervention strategies,and to involvein their adaptability.In order to make the college students have better ability to adapt to the village,we should make effort from three aspects: their own ability building,social support network construction,and social work introducing.
