In the "economic globalization","the world integration driven by various countries in the world are affected by their political and economic,information technology and education has been rapid development,to a great extent,the spread and cross cultural elements in every region of the world to promote flow.Since modern times,China’s closed situation has been greatly changed,especially after the reform and opening up,with the economic and cultural exchanges with all countries in the world increasingly,which has a great influence on exchange and dissemination of music culture on China’s social music life.From ancient times,music development cannot do without penetration of human culture and promote,so many excellent works of ancient music to contemporary constantly adapted and famous.Therefore,the diversification of music culture,culture is an inevitable phenomenon in social history,and primary school music education to broaden children’s music culture,cultivate their correct values,has a fundamental meaning.In the face of the current global multicultural cultural background,China’s "music curriculum standards of compulsory education" clearly put forward the "national music curriculum concepts to understand music cultural diversity",this article puts forward new requirements for the education of music teaching in primary and secondary schools and research topics.Music teaching in primary school has an important guiding role in the development of music quality and values.In the primary school music teaching,how to help students to build their own musical identity and attitude towards the different cultures is an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,the author study on the primary school music teaching under the background of multi culture as the subject of analysis and research,through the theoretical study and case analysis,teaching experiment and other research methods,make their own modest.
