The Research On The Relationship Between Teachers And Students Of Southwest Associated University

The relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities has affected the quality of education and the level of teachers and the students physical and mental health,has the vital significance to the development of higher education.Southwest Associated University of education fruitful,training a group of excellent talents,and the results of these achievements can not be separated from good teacher-student relationship.Although the current social environment of teachers and students in Colleges and universities is very different from the period of the general assembly,but there are still some valuable places to be able to be used for reference in the construction of contemporary college students’ relations.This paper studies the relationship between teachers and students of Southwest Associated University mainly from the following four aspects:Firstly,the performance of the relationship between teachers and students in Southwest Associated University is expounded,Specific performance: serious and strict,teachers and students to establish a rigorous teaching style;Contact reality,teachers and students attach importance to the combination of teaching and research;Respect for teachers and love students,teachers and students interact each other;Democracy,equality,the teachers and students to learn from each other argument.Optimistic upward,the teachers and students adhere to train themselves.But the relationship between teachers and students also has some limitations,mainly for some conflicts in the Teaching relationship and ideological values of the teachers and students.These conflicts have affected the relationship between teachers and students in the general assembly to a certain extent.Secondly,to explore the reasons for the formation of the relationship between teachers and students,from the external reasons,is influenced by the education policy“Peacetime should be done in wartime”and the local government’s support and other factors;from the internal cause,mainly by schools,teachers,students and other aspects of the influence of three.Thirdly,the southwest of the impact of the relationship between teachers and students,mainly from two aspects: students and teachers.Finally,contact with reality,analysis the relationship between teachers and students of southwest revelation for the contemporary construction of the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities,respectively from threeaspects: school,teacher,student study.Therefore,the research on the relationship between teachers and students of Southwest Associated University,not only helps to restore the true relationship between teachers and students,but also provides some enlightenment for the construction of modern university teacher-student relationship.
