Innovation Research Of The Harmonious Relationship Between University Teacher-and-Student

In recent years, the pace of development of China's higher education has markedly accelerated, and achieved a historic breakthrough, higher education has gradually entered the "Popular" education. With the expansion of the scale of higher education and the rapid growth of the number of students, in the university also inevitably has some disharmonious phenomenon between teachers and students relations. From October 4,2008 to October 28, in short less than one month's, our nation has had the three cases to murder the teachers,so that is the inevitable trend to construct the university harmonious teachers and students relations which could suit to teachers and students'all-round development.In this paper, we try to build a relation for teachers and students with university essence and suiting university teachers and students full scale development by using literature and consulting the available and abroad literature data, and by carefully tidying up the previous research results so as to construct the harmonious society. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part of the topics introduced in this article, research ideas, research methods, as well as the status of related research. The second part of paper, through the investigation and the analysis to Our country University teachers and students relations,pointed out that there are some problems in teacher-and-student relations, and investigate and analysis in-depth analysis of the reasons. The third part presents a harmonious teacher-student relationship, according to the current situation of China's problems in teacher-student relationship, and find theoretical basis. The fourth parties build a harmonious teacher-student relationship from the principles, main contents, innovative models. The Fifth is to make path for achieving a harmonious teacher-student relationship.
