With the deepening of education reform,classroom management becomes an urgent problem in educational practice.Classroom management is the work of teachers towards the relationship between all the classes in order to achieve the teaching objectives and tasks including teacher-student relationship,peer relationship and so on.The purpose is to form a good teaching environment,then teaching efficiency has been improved to some extent."Five step three check" teaching mode is just a kind of group cooperative learning.During the teaching process,five step refers to autonomous learning,cooperative learning,teaching achievement display,teacher's teaching and classroom test.Three check runs through the above five steps to ask the teacher to do the three survey: in the first step of autonomous learning,the third step of teaching achievement display and the last step of classroom test.It is characterized by autonomy,cooperation and inquiry.With the application of "five step three check" teaching mode in educational practice,this kind of classroom management problem has become a problem faced by teachers.The thesis takes the Chinese classroom teaching in the primary school as an example,and discuss on the problems and coping strategies of classroom management in the "five step three check" teaching mode in order to serve the educational practice and improve the quality of classroom teaching.The main problems existing in the classroom management of "five step three check" are as follows: The presupposition of teaching objectives is difficult,and the difficulty of classroom management is increasing;There is a tendency to lose control with loose form of activity;Classroom teaching process contains too many steps,and management of each part is difficult to grasp;The system of "three check" is various,and classroom management becomes a mere formality.The main reasons for these problems are as follows: The teacher's disacquaintance about physical and psychological characteristics of pupils and the "five step three check" teaching model;The ability of teacher's control about the activities is not strong and have weak management awareness;Teacher's academic ability is not sufficient in every part during the classroom teaching;Teacher cannot give students reasonable evaluation according to "five step three check".In view of the above problems and the analysis of their causes,the thesis proposes four strategies to improve classroom management,they are as follows: to strengthen the management of students' behavior,from "heteronomy" to "self-discipline";to strengthen the consciousness of self-management of teachers and promote the professional development and management ability of teachers;to pay attention to the harmonious management method and promote the bilateral cooperation;to create a reasonable classroom evaluation system which complies with classroom management.
