A Study On The Design Of Social Work Service Oriented To The Demand Of Mobile Children

Since the 90 s of the 20 th century,China’s population movement began to change the form,from the original decentralized,run a single form of flow gradually transformed into a family-style flow,and the flow of the form is no longer "single out" Many people tend to "family migration" flow form.In the floating population,the trend of "family" is becoming more and more obvious,and the size of migrant children is gradually expanding.At the same time,the flow characteristics of the fixed country will also affect the healthy growth of migrant children to a certain extent,including different factors such as physiological factors and psychological factors,which becomes a problem that needs high concern to society as a whole.Social work service is also a public service product,is the modern society to promote individual development,safeguarding the interests of groups,adjust social contradictions of social welfare services.In the field of social work services to borrow the theory of economic demand-oriented theory and logic,to illustrate the relationship between service needs and service delivery,a clear social work service orientation and service objectives,and social work to assess the effectiveness of laying the foundation.This article mainly through the development of first-line social worker service to explain how to find the main needs of migrant children in the field of social work,how to use social work theory and work methods to design services,how to social workers elements into the demand to meet.From a practical point of view to reflect the needs of the survey and the relationship between the development of services,and presented according to demand to carry out the general process of line services and considerations.This paper begins with the demand investigation,and gradually discusses the whole service planning,the specific service design,the service evaluation reflection and so on,takes the children demand as the main line,takes Urumqi Dawan West Community School as an example to synthesize and reflect on the social service experience,Oriented logic to maintain the advanced nature of social work services,effectiveness and assessable advantages,so that social services to become close to the service object and has a clear value of social welfare services.
