Promotion Gradually promote the new college entrance examination reform on the professional level of teachers have higher requirements,the relationship between the new rural middle school college entrance examination reform program can be successfully implemented,rural middle school teachers' professional improvement plays a key role in the new teaching reform of college entrance examination.In rural areas,due to the limitation of economy development level,the educational investment is less,the school teaching facilities is relatively backward,the overall professional level of teachers and teachers in urban areas compared with a larger gap,and therefore must be of enough importance to the rural middle school geography teachers professional.This paper focuses on the new college entrance examination on the impact of geography teachers' professionalism and requirements,analysis of the deficiencies of the rural middle school geography teachers to explore the way to solve the problem.Firstly,based on the domestic and foreign research on the theory,elaborated the definition of related concepts and the professional development of teachers,analyzes the new college entrance examination quality in terms of expertise,in the development of geography curriculum resources in educational technology and geography teachers' professional spirit in geography teachers' professional influence and requirements.Through the design of the questionnaire and interviews of teachers,found that the status quo of professional level of geography teachers in rural middle schools in Ma'anshan city is low,need to improve their quality and professional level of teachers to adapt to the new situation of the new college entrance examination.Based on the questionnaires and interviews,put forward the development ways of professional geography teachers in rural middle schools in Ma'anshan city in the new situation of college entrance examination: to improve the rural education funds,improve the rural teacher training system,improve teachers' teaching reflection ability,strengthen the new college entrance examination reform,improve the understanding of rural teachers' professional quality,promote teachers the exchanges and cooperation and the development of local geography curriculum resources development way.At present,rural middle school geography teachers professional level has greatlyimproved,the implementation of the new college entrance examination reform of the rural geography teacher professional improvement has become an urgent requirement,the focus of this paper is to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,according to the survey of the problem put forward effective measures to improve the overall level of rural middle school geography teachers' professional.
