Morality is the foundation of a person and the foundation of success,It is also a kind of self-cultivation and the glory of personality.Khalid ends is almost the common idea of education in the past dynasties.school as the main position of morality education,we not only teach students the knowledge,but also attach great importance and cultivate students' good behavior." ideological and moral lesson " is in order to achieve this purpose and set up the national curriculum.however,highly centralized curriculum mode not only cause a waste of educational resources,but also makes the education efficiency is low,the development of middle school moral education school-based curriculum is conducive to the reallocation of resources of moral education in middle school,to make up the lack of national curriculum of moral education system,to improve the actual effectiveness of moral education.However,because of the reality of“heavy intellectual and light of moral education"and the pressure of studies,the development of middle school moral education school-based teaching is full of such and such difficulties.After the reform of senior high school entrance examination in 2016,As the test time shortened and the proportion of scores significantly narrowed.Many people think pessimistically,that "the ideological and moral lesson” has been marginalized and branched,subject status has declined,not worth spending too much time and energy.For the stunting middle school moral education,the development of school-based curriculum is more "one disaster after another".The author argues,however,the reform for junior middle school of school-based curriculum development has brought a rare opportunity,how to seize the opportunity and meet the challenge,this is the starting point for the author to write this article and destination location.In the process of exploration,the author adopts the method of literature,interview method,observation method,the method of education action research and other methods are analyzed and studied.
