Centennial century plan,education is based;education plan,teacher is based.The college entrance examination,a national major event,carries the historical mission of selecting talents for the country.The new era calls for an influx of talents.Since 2014,China has opened a new round of college entrance examination reform.As people’s teachers,whether we are to fulfill the glorious mission of cultivating our country or consider the career development in the coming decades,we need to have a full understanding of the new round of education reform.The development of education cannot be separated from the development of teachers,so I take the opportunity to write this article to further strengthen the understanding of these problems and meet the historical tide of a new round of education reform.The year 2014 is the first year of the reform of the new college entrance examination.The programmatic document of the State Council on the Implementation of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System was issued,and a new round of college entrance examination reform was officially opened.Zhejiang and Shanghai were the first to eat crabs,shouldering the responsibility of trying first and exploring the way for the follow-up reform.Results also make a surprise,liberal arts branch was cancelled,replaced by "3(three English)+ 3(3)" test mode,it is worth emphasizing the difference between zhejiang and Shanghai,zhejiang province is "7choose 3",and Shanghai is "6 choose 3",zhejiang optional subjects more than a technology(information technology + general technology).In 2017,Beijing,Tianjin,Shandong and Hainan took over the baton and became the second batch of pilot provinces.The second batch of pilot basically used the use of Shanghai’s "3 + 3" model.In 2019,8provinces and cities including Guangdong,Chongqing and Chongqing also launched the new college entrance examination reform.The difference is that these provinces adopted the "3(Language and English)+ 1(1 subject in Physics or History)+ 2(2 subjects in Chemistry,Biology,Politics,Geography)" examination mode.Compared with the first two batches of provinces,the scope of choice narrowed,but more than the previous arts and science selection space.The reform of the new college entrance examination involves a wide range of areas.In order to have a clear and intuitive understanding,the author sorted out the reform process of the new college entrance examination and found that it has the following value pursuit.First,the pursuit of educational fairness,the second,based on scientific selection of talents,the third,respect students ’ personality.In the mode of "3 + 3"(s)and "3 + 1 +2",the status of the nine subjects in the history discipline,the reform of history teachers:(1)the number of students in the entrance examination;(3)the direction for the development of professional competence;(4)the opportunity for history teachers to develop career education;(5)explore the opportunities of the management mode adapted to the school situation.All of the above provide a good environment for the promotion of professional title and professional promotion of history teachers.But on the other hand,under the reform of the new college entrance examination,the implementation of walking classes has brought great challenges to the teacher teaching organization.The superposition of the new college entrance examination,the new curriculum standard and the new textbooks have put forward higher requirements for teachers ’ professional quality.In order to grasp the opportunities and challenges,history teachers grasp the following matters:(1)do professional reading to build a solid foundation for education and teaching;(2)big concept teaching helps to cultivate core literacy;and(3)solve teaching problems with unit teaching design.Through this study,there is reason to maintain an optimistic about the future,that is,the status of history discipline is greatly improved,no longer the "deputy branch" of the past,history teachers have great potential under the broad world of the new college entrance examination.The focus of this research will be closer to the development of front-line teachers,focusing on not only the subject teaching level,but also the development of teachers themselves,such as the promotion of professional title,which is also the significance and new ideas of this research.On the one hand,we hope to enrich the research on the coping strategy of high school history under the background of the new college entrance examination.On the other hand,we also look forward to to help high school history teachers as a reference for career planning and development.
