Under the rapid development of science and technology and increasingly huge competition among the countries,governments around the world attach great importance to cultivate the science and technology innovation persons.To develop education is rather important for the cultivation of science and technology person and accept the appropriate science education is necessary during the period of primary school.Therefore,scientific and technological activities play an important role for the implementation of science education.The learner-centered and cultivation of students' science literacy were clearly put forward in "13th Five-Year Plan".It is also that scientific and technological activities provide a new way to cultivate students' scientific literacy.Now the study about the relationship between scientific and technology activities and scientific literacy still remains on the surface,so this thesis carries out the research along the direction.Literature analysis,questionnaire survey and theoretical analysis are used in this thesis.From the two sides about science teachers and students,the relationship between the categories of scientific and technological activities and the scientific literacy of the main city of Chongqing municipality and counties is comprehensively understood through the survey of ten primary schools in Chongqing.The main contents of the survey consist of the implementation of scientific and technological activities,the relationship between the categories of scientific and technological activities and scientific knowledge,the contents of scientific and technological activities and scientific ability,the categories of scientific and technological activities and scientific quality.The author get that there are main seven categories about the contents of scientific and technological activities in Chongqing primary schools through the survey.Science knowledge forum,science and technology competition have great influence on the science knowledge.Science small production,science imagination have great influence on the science ability.Science and technology competition,science visiting have great influence on the science quality.And it is the most obvious that the categories of scientific and technological activities to grade four on science knowledge and the proportion is up to 45.80%.It is the most obvious that the categories of scientific and technological activities to grade four or six on science ability and their proportions are 33.30% and 38.10%.It is the most obvious that the categories of scientific and technological activities to grade fiver on scientific quality the proportion is up to 33.10%.Urban area is more evident than counties on the influence between the the categories of scientific and technological activities and scientific ability.While the two areas is equal on the science knowledge and science quality.Therefore,several strategies are put forward in this thesis for example improve students' awareness of activities and increase the internal driving force of participation,value the characteristics of student groups and the rational use of differences in strategy,create good conditions and optimize the science thoughts of science teachers,strengthen the activities conditions and increase the support from others,create an appropriate management system of activity categories.
