For students entering high school,college entrance examination is the biggest challenge they will complete.In the process of completing this challenge,the current high school students will face many choices,these choices may affect their future development path,which makes the high school students' cognitive decision in reasonable time,heavy task of learning life is particularly important.From the overall environment of society as a whole,the material rich,but the time is short.The current rapid development of society and economy,the intense pace of life makes people feel the time is reduced,"time poor" has become a new kind of normal society,high school students are no exception,because of the characteristics of China examination oriented education,the college entrance examination is a very important thing for every high school students and high school learning the heavy task,students often feel that not enough time,so time poor what will influence on high school students? From the perspective of cognitive decision making,this study examines the effect of time poverty on high school students.Through the pre experiment of the subjects,the choice of titration procedure was used to investigate whether the choice of intertemporal decision options is appropriate.The results show that,from the validity of the difficulty level and the psychological equivalence,the selection of intertemporal decision problem is effective.In addition,the variant of Trier social stress test to manipulate the time poor,effective and persistent poverty clear time paradigm.From the subjective evaluation data of the subjects,we can see that the manipulation of time poverty is effective and sustainable.By conducting a formal experiment,the author examines the influence of time poverty on the cognitive decision making of senior high schoolstudents,which is mainly divided into three indicators: cognitive judgment,emotional experience and intertemporal decision making.The results show that the time effect of poor high school students cognitive judgment,time poverty group cognitive judgment scores less than time non poverty group cognitive judgment scores;time poor affect high school students' emotional experience,negative emotional time poverty group more positive emotions,less time;poor affect high school students' intertemporal decision-making,poor time groups tend to choose short-term interest,time non poverty groups tend to choose long-term interests.In conclusion,this study found that time poverty cognitive decision of senior high school students,mainly reflected in the cognition and judgment decline;negative emotions increase;positive mood decreased;the intertemporal decisions tend to choose a more recent interest option etc..From the school level,the school should set up a number of courses or projects on time management,so that students can systematically study the rational planning of time.From the student's point of view,the students themselves should make a plan before completing a learning task.In the face of learning tasks,should act immediately,do not create procrastination phenomenon.If the time poverty cannot change rapidly in a short period of time,is in need of students psychological adaptation,cultivate their ability of cognitive decision reasonable in time poor situation,the poor time negative effect on cognitive decision making to a minimum.
