In recent years,China’s industrial structure has been upgraded,the demand for professional talents has been further increased,vocational education has been increasingly valued,and the employment of secondary vocational students has been increasingly concerned.However,secondary vocational students are younger when they are faced with employment,their cognitive closure level is relatively high,and they are more likely to have difficulties in making career decisions.At the same time,there is little research on the career decision of secondary vocational students.As a school psychology teacher or career planner,it is worth thinking about how to help secondary vocational students who have difficulties in making career decisions.In order to investigate whether the adoption of teachers’ suggestions by secondary vocational students can change the status of their career decision-making difficulties,the first research adopts questionnaire survey to investigate the basic situations of their need for cognitive closure,career decision-making difficulties and advice taking,and analyzes the role of advice taking in need for cognitive closure and career decision-making difficulties.Research 2: preparing situational tasks for career decision making to explore the impact of need for cognitive closure and time pressure on the advice taking.Research 3 quantified career decision difficulties by using information board technology,observed the career decision indicators of secondary vocational students under different needs for cognitive closure and time pressures,and found the influence of needs for cognitive closure and time pressures on career decision difficulties.At the same time,by comparing the initial decision before giving the expert advice and the final decision index after viewing the expert advice,the influence of the adoption of the recommendation on different subjects was explored.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between need for cognitive closure and career decision-making difficulty in secondary vocational students.There was a significant positive correlation between need for t cognitive closure and advice taking;(2)the needs for cognitive closure of secondary vocational students have a significant impact on the advice taking,while the individuals with high needs for cognitive closure have a higher advice taking degree,and the time pressure has a significant impact on the advice taking.Under the condition of time pressure,the individual advice taking degree is higher.needs for Cognitive closure to interact with time pressure to influence the advice taking;(3)the need for cognitive closure and time pressure of secondary vocational students affect the degree of difficulty in making career decisions.It is shown that when there is no time pressure,the career decision index with low need for cognitive closure is better,the information search volume and depth are larger,and the average search time is longer.Under time pressure,high need for cognitive closure requires a significant decrease in the individual information search and search depth,the search mode tilts to the option-based mode,and the average search time increases;(4)The initial decision and the final decision of different need for cognitive closure individuals have different changes under different time pressure.And the role of advice taking varies: the higher the advice taking,the more the information search volume and search depth of individuals with low need for cognitive closure decreases.The more the average search time of individuals with high need for cognitive closure decreases,the more these changes help to save decision time;(5)when faced with time pressure,when advice can be confirmed to be reliable,high(vs.low)need for cognitive closure requires the individual’s decision-making behavior to be more economical,and the career decision-making difficulty after the adoption of advice is less than that after the initial decision. |
