Based on the research actuality of teacher performance appraisal in university,this paper analyzed the relationship between teacher’s performance and strategy of university.So it pointed out that a performance indices system based on high-school strategy could benefit both teacher’s performance and the attainment of strategy of university.The paper was divided into six parts.The first part was about the background and aim of this research.It also gave a summarization of related researches from Chinese and foreign scholars.In the second chapter,it showed the conceptions related to high-school strategy and teacher’s performance appraisal,which was guided by the strategy management theory and the inspiration theory.In chapter three,the coherence between performances of teachers and those of high-school was analyzed and the importance of setting a teacher performance appraisal indices system based on high-school strategy was indicated.Case research was made in chapter four.Two universities with distinguished characters illustrated the actuality of Chinese teacher performance appraisal,as well as problems and its causes.The fifth chapter then stated laws and suggestions about establishing an indices system of teacher performance appraisal based on strategy.Through classifying high-school strategies,this paper reconstituted a teacher performance appraisal indices system based on high-school strategy.And the last part declared the conclusion.
