In the practice of modern human resource management,performance appraisal plays a very important role.Performance evaluation plays a very important role,promote the assessment unit to achieve strategic objectives,improve work efficiency,promote the unity of internal assessment,promote the assessment unit of economic benefits and social benefits of a win-win,and establish a fair system of rewards and penalties.Therefore,the design of scientific performance evaluation system of student management is an important measure for the sustainable development of private colleges and the realization of strategic objectives.In this paper,the performance appraisal system of personnel management of WSFY college students as the research object,combined with the theory of modern performance appraisal,through the research methods of literature research,investigation and statistical analysis,found that WSFY exists in private colleges and universities performance evaluation index is not scientific,imperfect incentive mechanism,appraisal communication and feedback mechanism is not perfect,performance appraisal the system is not perfect and so on a series of problems in the student management staff performance appraisal,and then affect the effectiveness of performance appraisal.In the process of research topics,the paper introduced the performance appraisal theory as the research basis,in-depth analysis of the current situation of student management staff performance appraisal of WSFY college,and found many problems in the performance appraisal process,put forward the corresponding development direction.In the process of performance evaluation of WSFY private college student management,the paper introduces the analytic hierarchy process data model,builds the performance evaluation model,and points out the direction for the subsequent performance evaluation.Finally,combined with the exposure in the process of practice problems and shortcomings,and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures,working to promote the development of student management in private colleges supporting personnel performance appraisal work,set up scientific evaluation index,build a perfect performance evaluation system,and carries out detailed research on the process of communication with the the core issues to promote the specific performance appraisal work,and focus on the management of private colleges culture construction,strengthen the training work of the performance appraisal system of reasonable division of labor,strengthen the collegemanagement system of cohesion and coordination,lay the foundation for the construction of a good performance appraisal atmosphere.
