In recent years, with the continuous enrollment of colleges and universities, colleges and universities for the increasingly fierce competition for high-quality resources, the state's evaluation of the effectiveness of colleges and universities pay more and more attention. At present, the majority of colleges and universities in China, secondary colleges have become self-management functions of the teaching administrative units, so the performance evaluation of the secondary college is the need for scientific development of colleges and universities, but also the state, the public resources investment and output information requirements, Which is conducive to promoting the efficient implementation of the management of the secondary college in colleges and universities, and provide the basis for the management of the whole university. At the same time, the construction of the performance evaluation system of the secondary college in colleges and universities can lay a solid foundation for the performance management of colleges and universities. However, the secondary college as a multi-input, multi-output and relatively independent of the unit, its performance evaluation is particularly complex. This paper analyzes the status quo of the evaluation of performance evaluation at home and abroad, the composition of evaluation index and the model of evaluation method, and analyzes the actual situation of the secondary college, from the service object, financial resources, internal process, This paper constructs a set of performance evaluation index system which is in line with the development of the secondary college in the school, and then selects the input and output of the secondary college in each university, chooses the researcher to use the higher frequency and the author thinks that it is more suitable. At the same time, this paper combines the advantages of analytic hierarchy process and data envelopment analysis to construct a research model combining subjective and objective, qualitative and quantitative. On the basis of this, this paper chooses the input-output data of the secondary college in B colleges for three consecutive years to carry on the empirical analysis, summarizes the performance status and the existing problems of the secondary colleges of the school, and puts forward the promotion of the school secondary The relevant level of academic performance.
