The design of the blackboard is an essential part of Chinese classroom teaching,which is of great significance to Chinese teaching.How to make the blackboard work its biggest function,it needs the teacher to design carefully.For novice teachers this group,however,due to factors such as their teaching with blackboard writing practice experience less,compared with the old teacher on blackboard writing design also exist some differences and deficiencies,which directly affects the teaching effect.Papers to the novice teacher blackboard writing design case as the research object,through classroom observation and interview with practical way,analyzes the problems arising from the novice teachers in the blackboard writing design and the reasons,put forward to solve the problems that exists in the ascension of the novice teachers blackboard writing design strategy,so as to provide novice teachers some some scientific methods can be used for reference.This article is composed of three parts.The first part is the research on the connotation and significance of middle school Chinese novice teacher’s blackboard writing design,gives the novice teachers and writing on the blackboard and blackboard design definition,analysis of the characteristics of the novice teachers,and analyzes the significance of designing,including outstanding teaching objectives,clarify ideas,strengthen the focus of the full text,to attract students attention.The second part is the problem and cause analysis of the design of the teacher’s blackboard in middle school.In the collection after analyzing a large amount of novice teachers blackboard writing design case sums up out the common problems,including the contents of the blackboard writing is incomplete,blackboard structure is not reasonable,the blackboard writing design lack individual character color,such as more than eight questions in the form of blackboard writing.And analyzes the reasons of problems,including the new novice teachers lack of theoretical knowledge and practical training on the design of blackboard,they prepare lessons are with insufficient depth,they rely on multimedia.their writing ability is poor,novice teachers lack of innovation and so on.The third part is aimed at the problems of novice teacher’s blackboard design,and puts forward thr-ee improvement strategies,including improving the contents of blackboard design,broadening the way of writing blackboard and paying attention to the cultivation of blackboard teacher’s writing skills. |
