Blackboard writing is an important part of classroom teaching, is an important means of teachers’teaching task. The humanity characteristics of Chinese subject, but also makes the blackboard writing a language teacher essential teaching basic skills. Along with the computer technology and network technology as the core of modern science and technology rapid development and wide application of multimedia courseware has become a language lesson class "darling", which makes the traditional blackboard writing subjected to the unprecedented threat and challenge.This paper mainly divided into three chapters. The first chapter expounds the theoretical basis of blackboard writing design under the multimedia technology. First related concept definition, and compares the traditional blackboard writing and multimedia courseware: traditional blackboard writing less the information, multimedia courseware carrying more information; Traditional blackboard writing technical requirements of the low, high technical requirements of multimedia courseware; Traditional blackboard writing generative, multimedia courseware preset prominent; The traditional blackboard writing easy to circle drawing key at any time and evaluation; Multimedia courseware is easy to be the application and interpretation, etc. Traditional blackboard writing can be divided into the outline type, graphic type, style is structured, principal deputy and clues; Multimedia courseware can be divided into five basic types, namely, teaching demonstration, practice tests, collaborative learning and information tools and teaching games. Then discusses the two kinds of blackboard writing their own values and disadvantages:traditional blackboard writing will give students to demonstrate and enhance the emotional communication between teachers and students, but also the traditional blackboard writing has written a waste of time, the effective information to replenish and other defects; Multimedia courseware can expand the information capacity, stimulate students’interest in learning, get rid of traditional teaching thought, but the use of multimedia courseware too much may weaken the students’writing ability, caused the situation of man-machine dialogue, so that the students imagination ability is limited, but also for flexible processing class content. Finally, from the psychology principle, the principle of teaching theory, system science theory and aesthetic theory four aspects elaborated the multimedia technology theoretical basis of the blackboard writing design.The second chapter, through the investigation and study analysis the present situation of multimedia technology under the blackboard writing design. In the current middle school language lesson class, due to the language teacher blackboard writing quality level is not high, their teachers and education environment, do not take the reasons, such as the design of blackboard writing appeared the phenomenon of "didn’t see the blackboard writing for the courseware". Even if the occasional blackboard writing, the writing is scratchy, blackboard writing content is chaotic, blackboard writing form is not beautiful. In the long run, will affect the classroom efficiency and students’overall language level and the improvement of quality. Through the questionnaire data processing and analysis of the teacher interview sayings found existing in the current middle school language classroom blackboard writing design have no blackboard blackboard writing design, multimedia courseware too much and blackboard writing subject single three main problems, and through the thinking behind it, the reason can be summarized as consciousness level and practice level. Consciousness of the reasons are: teachers dependence on multimedia and not value of blackboard writing; Practical level causes include teachers’writing level remains to be strengthen and the lack of blackboard writing skills training.The third chapter is aimed at the problems existing in the current blackboard writing design of improvement strategies, respectively from, different angles:education environment, teachers’and students’related countermeasures are put forward. The schools in terms of education environment supervise and urge the teacher blackboard writing skills, including on the training of blackboard writing and blackboard writing skills assessment; In their ascension blackboard writing teachers or teachers, including the system of blackboard writing to learn knowledge, teachers’writing training, and in the class will be traditional blackboard writing and the integration of multimedia courseware; In terms of students, the students participate in the design of blackboard writing, cooperation between teachers and students of blackboard writing. Here also involves the language teaching blackboard writing space art.In this paper, combining theory with practice, in the current multimedia technology as the background, discusses how to design the traditional blackboard writing and the traditional blackboard writing of multimedia courseware and how to use the combination of the problem. For this topic research, is actually the "blackboard and chalk" traditional blackboard writing again back to the line of sight of people, hope to inject new vitality to it, and the language teacher group preference for it.
