Since entering the information age,information technology is increasingly widely used in people's work,study and life.But unfortunately,the application of information technology in the field of education is less effective.The improvement of education productivity seems dispensable to information technology,no essential promotion or a revolutionary impact.the Ministry of Education promulgated the "basic education curriculum reform outline" pointed out:"vigorously promote wide application and integration of information technology in the process of teaching to provide rich and colorful education." Obviously,this requirement did not implement."Flipped classroom"effectively suture the gap between information technology and education,making information technology play an unprecedented role in the field of education."Flipped classroom" teaching model refers to the students using a large number of network teaching resources before class,and according to the teacher's teaching plan to try to understand knowledge.In class,teachers organize discussions according to the situation of the students ' learning task,to enable students to deepen the understanding of knowledge.It is the biggest difference with the traditional classroom is to achieve the classroom "main position" of the transfer,highlighting the status and value of students'self-study.This paper USES literature research,case analysis,investigation method,experience method and so on to "Flipped classroom" teaching mode makes a comprehensive study from theory to practice.Paper mainly introduced the "Flipped classroom" teaching model research status at home and abroad,"Flipped classroom" teaching mode and"Flipped classroom" teaching mode of teachers' tasks and some problems need to be solved.According to the practice,the optimized model of flipped classroom teaching is designed.Including the content of the teaching design,the specific implementation process,as well as the reflection of the implementation of the study.Through a questionnaire survey of teachers and students in the yinchuan company tang lai hui middle school,the advantages and disadvantages of this teaching model are summarized."Flipped classroom" teaching mode achieved good effect in practice,on the one hand it mobilizes the initiative of students as well as cultivating the readings habit of students,improving the students' problem and innovative consciousness.On the other hand it also inspired the initiative of teachers to participate in the school-based research,changes the way of teaching preparations,classroom management,organization of teaching,and student feedback and evaluation methods have also been improved.
