In recent years, The Flipped Classroom set off a wave of education reform at home and abroad, providing a new idea for the development of teaching and learning. The Flipped Classroom helps students in personalized learning that learners can control their own learning progress according to their own learning style and ability. The largest innovation of the flipped classroom is the reconstruction of teaching structure.The "knowledge transfer" is done in the class by the students independently, while the "Internalization" is completed in the classroom by teachers and students. In this process, teachers become a knowledge guide from the traditional knowledge imparter, students change from the passive recipients to researchers.In China, research on the flipped classroom is still at the starting stage, the scope of implementation is also relatively small. In order to let the high school physics teacher get a good knowledge of this teaching mode, this paper focuses on the classroom teaching philosophy, characteristics and something related is researched as follow:Firstly, I introduced the research and development of the flipped classroom at home and abroad to point out the research significance. Secondly, the writer cites a number of classic cases at home and abroad, and analyzes the characteristics and advantages of each model, based on which I design the teaching model in my paper. Then two teaching cases that the "Heavy nuclear fission" and "The relation between fluid pressure and flow velocity" are designed based on the high school physics, and the "Heavy nuclear fission" is carried out. Then through the questionnaire and interview we get the conclusion that the students like the new teaching mode, this mode is helpful to improve the teaching effect. Finally, this paper points out the achievements and shortcomings which leads the next direction. The author combines the characteristics of Clicker response system and designs the flipped classroom teaching model based on Clicker system. The teaching model fully consider the Clicker system’s advantages of immediate feedback and interactive fairness. Theoretically, the improved model makes the "knowledge internalization" more targeted, which can better reflect the advantage of the flipped classroom.
