The information instructional design uses the systematical approach to change the learn-centered way.Using the modem information technology and information resource properly,and arranging all aspects of the process and dements in teaching scientifically is to achieve the most optimization of teaching process.This thesis uses one of the specially contracted English teachers in senior high school as a case to analyze the development of his information-based instructional design ability.It includes the ability of teaching objectives,teaching process,teaching strategies,teaching environment,class management and achievement of information-based instructional design ability.Besides,the study analyzes the factors that influence English teachers of senior high school’s information-based instructional design ability.They are teachers’ factors such as the problem of the achievement of teaching objectives and the feasibility of learning task design,information technology level can’t support the construction of the information-based learning environment,lack of the fluency of learning activity design,lack of information-based teaching design ability.School authority factors such as lack of reward and guarantee system,lack of software resource and improve training quality.Based on the above analysis and discussion,this thesis put eight suggestions on promoting ability of information-based instructional for English teachers in senior high school.It includes establishing reward system,reinforcing network construction,conducting training,in the form of teaching ability to stimulate enthusiasm of informational-based instructional ability.
