Data Analysis And Mining Of Higher Education Quality Monitoring Platform

National Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)requires constructing national education management information system,improving education quality monitoring and evaluation system,and regularly releasing monitoring report.The Ministry of Education regards normal monitoring as an important part in the construction of the quality guarantee system of higher education.Therefore,there is important research significance and application value in quantitative analysis on data that reflect the teaching quality of higher education,implementation of normal monitoring of the quality of higher education,the establishment of higher education quality evaluation model,and a new method of using of the internet and big data.Based on the review of research status at home and abroad,this thesis expounds related concepts of the higher education quality monitoring and data mining,explains the method to process higher education quality monitoring data,namely,completing check,norm comparison,history comparison,abnormal data cancellation,and transformation of two dimensional data,to facilitate subsequent statistical analysis of mining.According to the theory of the existing teaching quality monitoring indicators and the actual needs of the quality guarantee system construction,this thesis determines the teaching quality monitoring indicators and contents,analyses key indicators and factors influencing the quality of education,consequently,establishes a model of quality monitoring platform of higher education,through which it tries to construct the quality of higher education the monitoring index to reflect teaching quality in order to achieve the higher education quality normal monitoring.The main contents are as follows:l.This paper introduces the current research situation and indexes of teaching quality evaluation in higher education at home and abroad,and defines the related concepts of quality monitoring and data mining.2.1t Uses multiple methods to clean up the monitoring data and obtains high quality monitoring data.At the same time,this paper constructs the school teaching quality monitoring system.3.On the basis of the "teaching investment--the teaching process--learning result" model,choosing high correlation data through clustering analysis as the core index of the teaching quality,this paper constructs a higher education quality monitoring model and higher education quality monitoring index according to the weight of the data.4.0n the basis of requirement analysis,system outline design and system detailed design of higher education quality normal monitoring system,this model realizes normal monitoring of higher education quality.Through the analysis and implementation of the quality monitoring data of higher education,the paper provides,firstly,data for reference to improve the quality assurance system and the teaching quality in colleges and universities,and secondly,reference for the scientific decision-making of the educational authorities.The research results can be used to revise the evaluation criteria of teaching quality of the higher education,and improve and enrich the higher education quality assurance system.
