Research On Teaching Quality Monitoring Of Regional High School Under The Environment Of Education Informatization

With the rapid development of information technology,derived such as artificial intelligence,cloud computing,Internet of things,big data and other technologies,these technologies promote the rapid development of economy and society,but also promote the development of education information.The state is also emphasizing the active use of cloud computing,big data and other technologies to improve the level of education business management,decision support,monitoring and evaluation and public services.Make full use of information technology to improve the scientificity,professionalism and objectivity of education evaluation.At present,there are some problems in the monitoring and evaluation of high school teaching quality in the region,such as the evaluation orientation needs to be improved,the evaluation dimension is insufficient,and the application of information means is insufficient.Based on reading and researching a large number of relevant literature,collecting and mining regional education big data,making full use of the information contained in education big data,through continuous exploration and research,a set of regional high school teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system based on education big data environment is constructed.One is to improve the result evaluation program of regional high school teaching quality.Further strengthen the process evaluation,reflect the value-added evaluation,implement the fundamental task of moral education,and practice the educational concept of "five education simultaneously,all-round development".The assessment content is more detailed and scientific,and runs through the whole process of school education management.The second is to explore value-added evaluation.Combined with the structure of school students,subdivide the grade of entrance examination,compare the conversion rate of students at the same level to evaluate objectively the quality of school education and teaching.Increase the comparability between different levels of schools,objective understanding of the gap between the quality of teaching,to promote schools to continuously optimize education and teaching management.The third is to optimize the comprehensive evaluation mechanism,improve the regional high school teaching guidance mechanism,optimize the content of students’ questionnaire,highlight the student-centered idea,and strengthen the construction of teachers’ ethics.Questionnaire survey was carried out among senior three teachers,parents and students to understand school management,teachers’ teaching and students’ learning from multiple dimensions.To ensure the rest time and sports time of senior three students,to encourage teachers to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,to implement the basic teaching links,to ensure the appropriate arrangement and pertinence of homework,to promote the work of home school education,to reduce the burden of students,and to let students grow up actively,healthily and happily.Fourth,integrate education big data resources for performance analysis.Make full use of the third-party technical resources,in-depth mining of the hidden information behind the transcripts,the formation of a multi-dimensional,vertical and horizontal combination,personalized performance analysis report.The multi-channel performance analysis report provides support for schools to improve teaching quality,teachers to improve teaching level and students to improve ability and quality.
