Since China's reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development,for the development of basic education in China play an important role,also has brought new opportunities for the development of private basic education.With the development of economy,the improvement of living standards,people demand for education present diversified development trend,the social demand for high quality education resources is also increasing.The emergence of private basic education greatly made up for the inadequacy of public education resources,in different extent,meet the people diverse education service demand,the cause of education in our country added vigor.The development of the basic education is in line with the strategic layout of our country "the country of science and education",which has achieved the equalization of education,which is the demand of the trend and The Times.The basic education foundation of our country has been through the ups and downs of the three decades of development.On the whole,the basic education of our country has achieved fruitful results,but there is still a big gap between education and education.There are still some problems in the dual influence of the factors of oneself and the environment of existence.The external dilemma: one is that the society has a bias against the public schools,and the other is that the basic education is not clear and the location is unknown.Third,the conflict of national policies and regulations is inconsistent and systemic.Fourth,the implementation of national policies is not in place;Fifth,there are almost no private donations.Six is a lack of regulatory mechanisms and inadequate government oversight;And in its own predicament: one is that some privately-run schools run schools that are not regulated;Second,there is a lack of real ability to make education.Third,the flow of teachers in the civil service is frequent and the fourth is difficulty in recruiting students and the quality of the students is not high.Fifth,there is insufficient funding for the basic education.Sixth,the autonomy of the private schools has not been guaranteed and the lack of innovation.In this article,through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of private basic education in China,from three aspects of economics,management science and education,is related with ruanjiang city,to our country run by the local elementary education,the problems were analyzed,and at the same time,draw lessons from the United States,Japan,Britain and other developed countries and our country run by the local education reform experimental zone in wenzhou and other places of the successful experience in running a school,and discusses the way of the private basic education development in our country,the innovation and development of private education in the future,their own thinking and countermeasures are put forward.
