| As a traditional way of organizing collective teaching activities and teaching researches, collective preparation of lesson is welcomed by many teachers and leaders because of its specific values and functions. Collective preparation of lesson in high schools means that with certain goals and plans, ideological and political teachers are designing lessons by mutual help, cooperative research, practice and reflection under the guidance of new curriculum concepts and modern teaching theories in the atmosphere of democracy and equality in order to make teaching content clear and systematic. It is a way for ideological and political teachers to organize systematic and scientific researches on teaching problems in order to solve these problems, innovate teaching methods,improving teaching skills and promote teaching quality. It is consistent with the requirements and values of the reforms of the ideological and political curriculum in high schools. In order to do an analytic research on high school teachers’ collective preparation of lesson, the paper specifically studies this point. The paper is composed of four sections.The first section puts forward the basis and premise of the study by mainly discussing definition and implementation basis of the collective preparation of ideological and political lesson. It theoretical basis includes the theory of learning-style organization, the theory of teachers’ professional learning community and the theory of constructivism. Its practical basis is the actual choice of reforming ideological and political curriculum in high schools and improving quality of preparation for ideological and political teachers. Its historical basis is that it is an important part of the teaching and research group’s works and it sticks to the tradition of "pass, help,take."The second section explains the ideal state of the collective preparation of lesson.The objective and ideal collective preparation of lesson aims to make teaching contents to be systematic, clear and scientific, to solve typical, common and complicated teaching problems in order to leading teaching to develop scientifically, artistically and creatively,to guarantee "harmony in diversity" among teachers,"student-centered concept and mutual cooperation, in order to facilitate the developments of teachers and students and guarantee the development of teaching, research and culture.The third section systematically study the actual state of teachers’ preparation of lesson and the reason for the gap between the actual state and ideal state. In real situations,ideological and political teachers in high schools do not study privately and start collective preparation without prior plans. In this case, collective preparation equals collective writing which focuses too much on unity and lacks specific teaching features.It emphases more on teaching and neglects researches. Even though every individual expresses his opinions, an agreement is hard to be reached. Some teachers neglect reflection and only copy others’ ideas. Some factors, such as the misunderstanding of the collective preparation of lesson, the physical and psychological burden of teachers caused by teaching, the inefficient and careless management of schools and the improper research atmosphere, are the reasons for the gap between the actual and ideal state.The fourth section provides ways to minimize the gap between the actual state and the ideal state. To improve school managers and school teachers’ recognition of collective preparation of lesson, to optimize teachers’ working condition and to cultivate ideas of lifelong study and mutual cooperation and to promote the management of collective preparation are workable ways to narrow the gaps. |
