The problem of the relationship between the teachers and students is a basic problem of educational widespread concern and discussion. And the problem of the relationship between the teachers and students the key is reflected in how to deal with the authority of the teachers and students on the issue of individual all-round development.The authority of the teachers and students personal all-round development is a contradictory movement, this contradiction movement promoted the previous education reform, push forward the cause of education. So for the authority of teachers research is particularly important. Teachers authority was established in the occupational activities of prestige and the prestige, is a kind of objective existence education influence, is a kind of infectious spirit of students, can be directly in the education teaching activities into education power. It is objective existence, the whole compound characteristics, stability,durability and level difference. And high school ideological and political teachers because of the uniqueness of its mission and responsibilities, need to set up certain authority to achieve the goal of education teaching. The reality of teaching practice, due to the constraints of traditional culture, modern culture shock and the influence of some high school ideological and political teachers’ personal qualities lead to some problems in the ideological and political teachers’ authority.
