In the background of education informatization, the basic education of our country is facing the transition from traditional education to the present education. With the deepening of the curriculum reform, the importance of the development of teacher's professional ability gradually stands out, to improve professional ability, the teachers should not only strengthen the study of knowledge, but also need learning to use the modern study tools. As the development of network technology, promoting teacher's professional development presents new characteristics and trend, and more and more development projects to improve teachers' professional are developed with the add of network environment at home and abroad, for the purpose of providing online learning environment for teachers' growth, such as Chinese research network, east lake research online and teacher blog group, etc. Network learning community provides a new development platform for the professional development of teachers, and also provides environment and technical support. Therefore, the network learning community has become a new way to promote the development of teacher's professional.By formulating questionnaire, this study firstly understands the current status of online professional development for teachers, analysis the experience and shortage of teacher's online professional development, and then puts forward the construction of teacher network learning community in the network environment, and then experiment observation. The purpose is to provide theory and practice foundation for teacher network learning community, and explore the new strategy of online professional development for teachers.There are six chapters in this study. In the first chapter, the author mainly introduce the research background, including the era background, technical background and so on.Then analyzes the domestic and foreign research present situation, and put forward the thesis research question, explains the meaning of thesis research,and finally expounds the research contents and research methods of this article. The second part is the literature review part of the paper, mainly summarize the related concepts about teacher network learning community and the teacher online professional development, and then from the build socialism theory and informal learning theory, group dynamics theory elaborate the theoretical basis of online learning community to promote teachers professional development. The third chapter mainly through establishing questionnaire to investigate the present situation of teacher online professional development research and online learning community, mainly includes the object analysis, the results analysis, etc. In the fourth chapter, the author builds a teacher network learning community based on QQ group in order to provide case analysis for network community to promote teacher professional development. In the fifth chapter, according to the investigation of present situation of online professional development for teachers, as well as results of example analysis about network learning community to promote teachers' professional development, the author put forward the effective strategies to solve the problem. The sixth chapter is mainly to summarize the research, analyze the shortcomings and advantages of the research.
