With the reforming of curricula, biology teachers' professional development is more and more urgent. Based on biology teachers fewer, age and the concept of new ,it is a urgent request of reality to look for a permanent and effective, convenient and new teacher professional development road. Online learning community is a new way to develop teachers' professional development with network. It built a new platform for the teacher's professional development with an open, equitable and sharing communication. In this paper the online learning community is to promote biology teachers' professional development theory, taking "K12 biology BBS" as an example, through a large number of data, designed questionnaire about the influence of online learning community for biology teachers' professional development. From three dimensions of biology teachers' professional qualities : professional knowledge, professional ability, professional attitude discussed respectively the effect of online learning community for biology teachers.Through the research and analysis, we can come to the conclusion: (1) on the BBS, teachers in 31-39, with professional titles 1 are mainly in the counties of the key school; (2) online learning community and conventional research play an important role on the development of teachers; (3) in the learning community, teachers pay more attention to the sharing of resources and the analysis for test; (4) the atmosphere in online learning community is very important, and the guidance function is more significant; (5) it plays an important role of online learning community for biology teachers' professional qualities, with the teachers older, the schools the teachers at developer, teachers' professional development more significant; (6) Online learning community can promote teachers' professional knowledge to acquire cultural knowledge. Teachers scores maximum in general cultural and scores minimum in psychological knowledge; (7) male teachers, the schools they underdeveloped, and the teacher school level lower, the professional knowledge they learn by network more obvious; (8) Online learning community can promote the improvement of teachers' professional ability. Information processing and computer skills improve obviously the operating capability is not obvious; (9) the schools are more underdeveloped and the level of schools is higher, the effect improving professional ability through network is more obvious. (10) online learning community can promote improving teachers' professional ability, especially in the development and professional sentiment of teachers'; (11) the higher school teachers' professional titles and the more developed locations, the improving of teachers' professional attitude more significant.On the basis of above conclusions, we further combed the positive role of online learning community: expanding the time and space of teaching research, highlighting the main of research activity, Stimulating the consciousness of independent development, expanding cooperative effect and narrowing the gap between teachers. For the establishment and development of online learning community, we put forward the following Suggestions: (1) inviting regularly experts, famous teachers to participate in the network research and guide regional network learning activities, putting advanced concept and method into practice, Leading teacher online learning. (2) relying on the backbone teachers positively and gathering popularity in online learning drive, the growth feeling is the precious resources for them. (3) determining bouts of topics combining classroom teaching practice, guiding front-lines teachers putting forward questions using the case of teaching mode In teaching practice, opening discussion and solving problems. (4) building teacher's blog space, recording and reflecting on their teaching behaviors education and releasing personal experience and life story, then further sublimating to be online learning.
