Abstract/Summary:
Teacher professional development is a continuous improvement in the primary and secondary school teachers’ career perfect process,its sustainability and diversity impacts on the development of basic education and reform.To promote the primary and secondary school teachers’ professional development is an inevitable requirement to carry out the primary and secondary school teachers’ professional standards,cultivating high quality specialized teachers troop,to promote quality education and deepening the reform of basic education.Teaching reflection,teacher training,school-based training,network and remote education and other way to promote teachers’ professional development have played a role.In order to obtain more ways to promote the development of primary and secondary school teachers’ professional,accord with the persistence,diversity and autonomy of teacher’s professional development characteristics of mobile learning became a good choice at present.Mobile learning is a digital learning methods that learners through the use of smart phones,laptops,tablets,e-readers and portable mobile devices,wireless type to connect to the Internet by online or download for learning resources.Mobile learning is a kind of informal learning method,which is not restricted by time and place and can realize the goal of learning,learning content and learning plan.The characteristics of mobile learning has opened up a new road to promote the primary and secondary school teachers’professional development and team construction of teachers’ professionalization.The research on mobile learning under the background of primary and secondary school teachers’ professional development as the research object,summarized and combed the related research of mobile learning,informal learning,teachers’ professional development,and combining the theory of teacher professional development stage,self-directed learning theory,role theory provide theoretical research framework for this article.Through the questionnaire survey from apart of the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region in primary and secondary school teachers basic information,mobile learning situation and research the factors influencing mobile learning.Through the analysis of the data obtained and the production of charts,we can draw the conclusion that the problems existing in the mobile learning of primary and secondary school teachers’ professional development.Mobile learning lack material conditions,mobile learning consciousness is not strong and lack of use time,lack of mobile learning motivation,mobile learning content and requirements of a single,imperfect mobile learning ways and resources,mobile learning effect is not good.Based on the analysis of the problems of mobile learning in primary and secondary school teachers from the two aspects of mobile learning environment and learners themselves,the following conclusions:Mobile learning environment,which is lack of government education policy support,Guangxi District with poor environment,chaotic mobile learning resources,lack of effective school guidance;on learners themselves,learner’s active learning is not active,learning mood are susceptible to interference,mobile learning ability needs to improve.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the primary and secondary school teachers in mobile learning difficulties,from the Angle of adult education and teacher education,put forward by vigorously popularize mobile learning,strengthen the awareness of mobile learning,improve the construction and management of mobile learning resources,primary and secondary school teachers understand their own learning needs and goals,and optimization of personal mobile learning strategies and so on.In order to provide more choice and way for teachers’ professional development of primary and secondary schools by mobile learning.
