| Our economic development has formed the new normal, which need us apply"innovation-driven development" in economy immediately to solve the problem.Cultivating innovative talents is the realistic requirement which society development empower the education. The high school creative talents is the early growth step and key period of creative talents development. It is of great importance for the basic education stage to strengthen innovation in moral environment and start creative talents education immediately. Therefore, in order to respond to this concern and find the ways to optimize middle school creative talents, this thesis would discuss the optimization path of moral education in middle school for the innovative talents’ growth. The paper is divided into four parts..The first part focus on the importance and particularity of moral environment for cultivating middle school creative talents. Both the talents’ inner qualities and the regular pattern of talents growth rely on the good moral environment. Then, the further exploration is about the detail of the particularity of moral environment. Morality and ability are the regular standards of talents evaluation. Creative activities are value activities. The evaluation of creative activities includes moral features during the progress and results. This part is the theory foundation of this paper.The second part is the analysis and explanation about how and why the current moral environment isn’t good for growth of middle school creative talents. The phenomena that moral environment isn’t good for growth of middle school creative talents are weakness of family upbringing, the simpleness of education ways, the one-dimensional relationship between teachers and students and social comments, etc.The exploration is based on the material moral environment, cultural moral environment,system moral environment and relationship. This part is the backup for optimization of moral environment.The third part puts forward the path of the optimized moral education environment.From the aspects of conceptual level, practical reform level of school education, social construction level and international reference level, this paper expounds the path of optimizing the environment of moral education .Ideas are the forerunner of action, the first is to update the concept of moral education. The practice reform of the moral education environment in the school is the key point of cultivating innovative talents in middle school. The campus material moral environment, cultural and moral environment,curriculum implementation environment, teaching organization environment, school system environment, interpersonal environment and other aspects were discussed.Government enterprises to build, the formation of education together, is the basic education stage to cultivate the protection of innovative talents, clear the role of the three,from the implementation of policies, institutional mechanisms designed to implement the spirit of innovation and innovative personality shaping.
