| Along with the development of epoch, the progress of science and technology, the demand of education, we call for creative talents and innovation education. Education is the main base of knowledge innovation, dissemination and application, also is a cradle of cultivating creative spirit and creative talents. However, creative talents are not existent without foundation, it is the result of the interaction of many factors, For example, when Taylor presented his creation theory , he point out that, it can make a creative achievement, only if creative personality, creative object, internal processes, innovation atmosphere and achievements, these five factors coordinate well in innovation activities. Rogers also pointed that; environment is an important factor of impacting creativity. Creative ability not only relates to one's own internal factors, but also to external environment. The depressed environment can not wake the creative awareness and creative ability of students. So every university must protect the creative spirit and creative thinking of students, and build a favorable environment of pursuing and advocating truth, in order to develop the potential of students.This thesis firstly discusses the meaning of creative talents, innovation environment, On this basis, I further analyze the meaning and elements of university undergraduate innovation environment, and the influence which innovation environment impact to the creative talents. A favorable university undergraduate innovation environment should have characteristics as follows: respect and tolerance, rigorous and realistic, open and diverse, freedom and competition. In Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Beijing, I have chosen sophomore and junior students of eight universities to carry out a questionnaire survey. Through the questionnaire survey, I further realize the actuality and problems of university undergraduate innovation environment.According to the actuality and problems, learning from the experience of first class abroad universities, I bring forward the countermeasures which can improve the university undergraduate innovation environment. In order to cultivate the creative awareness, creative spirit, creative thinking and creative ability of students, also to create a relaxed, opening, good innovation environment, I search for the approaches of optimizing university undergraduate innovation environment, as well building a strong atmosphere of creative awareness; further optimizing academia circumstance; constructing an active classroom circumstance; creating a good circumstance of teaching systems; establishing a good circumstance in the lodging house. |
