Working memory is a kind of information classification,coding and assembly,and temporary processing and storage,working memory capacity is limited,and long-term memory of the information contact,by repeating the information,the information into long memory.Working memory plays an important role in the memory system,according to the memory type is divided into speech work memory and space working memory.Physical exercise can improve people's cognitive function,such as attention,memory,control and so on.There are few studies on the effects of physical exercise on people's working memory.The existing research suggests that physical exercise can increase the working memory capacity and improve the working efficiency.However,the effect of exercise intensity on working memory load is still to be further explored.Behavioral data combined with EEG evidence to explore the effect of exercise intensity on working memory load.In this study,80 male college students were selected as the subjects,and the 4 × 2 ×2 mixed experiment was used.The dependent variable was the working memory load.The behavior data and EEG data were used to measure the data.The correct rate,response time(Control group,small intensity group,medium intensity group and high intensity group),memory type(speech work),the type of memory,the type of memory,the type of work,Memory,space working memory)and memory load(low load,high load)for the group of variables.Based on E-prime software,the sample delay load matching task was used to measure the working memory load task of the subjects.The correct rate and response time of the subjects were collected.The EEG data collected from the EEG system were used to collect the audiometric data.Working memory load.There was no significant difference between the different exercise intensity groups at the correct rate of the sample delay matching task,and there was significant difference in the reaction time.The medium intensity group was and the odds and variance analysis of the amplitude and latency of N2 and P300 were obtained.The amplitude and latency of N2 between different exercise intensity groups were obtained.There was significant difference,P300 amplitude,latency there is no significant difference.Conclusion: The exercise intensity has a selective effect on the working memory of college students,and the spatial working memory is better than the speech memory.The exercise intensity has a positive effect on the working memory load of college students.The performance of the small and medium intensity aerobic exercise on college students' working memory load It can improve the working memory of college students,expandthe working memory capacity and improve the processing speed.The physical exercise can improve the working memory of college students,expand the working memory capacity and improve the processing speed.
