Children's literature not only can help children to know life, learning life, but also can help young children grow healthily. The Kindergarten education guidelines clearly pointed out in the field of language education, "the teachers should guide children contact with excellent children's literary works, make them feel the language is rich and beautiful, and through a variety of activities to help children to deepen the experience and understanding of works ". It from the other side require preschool teachers have a certain ability to select children's literature works , early childhood literature as an important branch of children's literature.in the current preschool teachers' choice behavior, What are the problems, What improvements are needed, To clarify these problems, we can provide some reference for the teachers .Based on this, this study take Wuhan city as an example, using questionnaire survey method and interview method and observation method to analyze select literature works of preschool teacher's cognitive ,emotion attitude, source, standard text structure and process conditions . first, the results showed that: on the one hand, preschool teachers when choose children's literary works has some common characteristics. Most of the teachers in the choice of literature is always consider the young children's age and life experience; Most of the teachers can also realize the importance of children's literature selection and pluralistic value; Most teachers prefer picture books, like if the circumstances are interesting and education value of literary works; Teachers are no longer just the children's literature as a tool of moral education, also began to pay attention to its important role to the development of children's emotion. But on the other hand found teachers when choose literature works also has some problems. Teachers'understanding of literature level high enough; Source to a single; Autonomy is low;Reflections on the selected children's works is not deep; The choice of style and theme imbalance; the choice is limited by supporting resources. Again, on the basis of analyzing problems and summary and explore the cause of the problems, found that teachers are held outside the single course management system, teaching resources are difficult to collect, within its own weak literary concept, affected by traditional idea, the knowledge structure imbalance, ignore the analysis of the effect of two aspects of infant literature itself. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the causes for the front and the problems that arise from the pre-service training and management, kindergarten teachers'and children's literary works to provide recommendations to three aspects, the preschool teachers in the teaching activities, choose the more reasonable and scientific literature.
