In kindergarten, teacher-children interaction is the most central and important human interaction in a day’s activities. Since the 1980 s teacher-children interaction has become a hot issue in the study of preschool education, which is a complex organic system that consists of interactive subject, interactive process and the result of interaction of complex organic system. In the recent years, domestic scholars worked for teacher-children interaction,, in which lacks of the study of different types of children, especially the behavior “anomie” children, thus to the study in teacher and behavior “anomie” children’s interaction and in which the problems exsist should be further strengthened.The research deals with the discovery of the problems existing in the interaction of teacher and behavior “anomie” children, and the causes of those problems, it mainly including critical incident analysis、observation method and interview method.Beginning the study by entering the kindergartens in the micro level, the researchers analysed and studied the interaction of teacher and behavior “anomie” children.Firstly, by natural observation method we collected a certain number of events of teachers and behavior “anomie” children’s interaction, on the basis of the comparison with the interaction of the teacher and common children, the researchers summarized the problems existing in the interaction of teacher and behavior “anomie” children.Namely, the bias of teachers’ notion, the unbalance of teachers’ language, deviation of teachers’ behavior, negativity of teachers’ emotional. Secondly, the researchers listen to the heart-felt wishes of the teachers and behavior “anomie” children through interview method, proceeding attribution analysis of the problem existing in the interaction of teacher and behavior “anomie” children to find out the causes of these problems in the teacher-child interaction. The wrong concept of children, unequal division of relationship, teachers can’t correctly to explore the psychological demand,kindergarten behavior frequently don’t agree with teachers; expections. Finally, the researchers provide some effective guidance and advice with preschool teachers according to the specific problems. Mainly includes change concept, establish equaland harmonious relationship, aimed at young children anomie, reasonable control of teachers’ emotions.
