| The Kindergarten teacher are important participant and instructor to children’s literature activities,and the teachers’ emotional attitude on the part of children’s literature,the comprehension of literary works and the ability to organize activities of children’s literature and skills have an important influence on young children,so children’s literature accomplishment of teachers are of great significance.In view of this,this research learns about the current level of preschool teachers to literacy in Kunming area and analyzes the main factors affecting the current level of preschool teachers literacy and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions so as to promote Preschool Teachers of children’s literature accomplishment.Ultimately,the goal of this research is providing the reference to promotion of literary accomplishment for after early childhood teachers.In this study,questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the teachers in different districts and counties of Kunming.The research mainly focuses on the three dimensions of preschool teachers’ emotional attitude,reading experience,and organizational ability and skills,in order to understand the preschool children’s literacy.Through the survey,the results show that the early childhood literacy of preschool teachers in Kunming is in good condition.Among them,the level of preschool teachers’ emotional attitude towards children’s literature is relatively high,while children’s reading experience and the ability and skills of organizing children’s literary activities are slightly lower,which shows that preschool teachers can realize the importance of children’s literature,but lack of practices.Through the comparison among urban and rural areas and different grades of kindergarten,we found that the overall level of preschool children’s literature literacy in urban areas is higher than that in rural areas.The first and two kindergarten teachers’ literacy level is higher than other grades of kindergarten teachers.Based on the above analysis,the author analyzes the problems and causes of kindergarten teachers’ literature literacy in Kunming area,and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to improve kindergarten teachers’ literature literacy. |
