History teaching of senior high school shoulders the mission of basic history education and improving students' humanistic literacy. With the development of historical study, history teaching of senior high school which relies on history study should pay positive attention to the development of history study and apply new historical research achievements timely to keep the teaching content advanced and scientific.Although history teaching of senior high school has made great improvement in applying historical research achievements in the past 10 years, limited to the textbook compiling,teachers'literacy and other factors,there are still lots of problems in history teaching of senior high school. The historical views stated in textbook always falls behind the frontiers of history study and teachers are lagging, extreme in teaching practice. So, it is valuable to keep studying the subject that the application of new historical achievements in high school history teaching . Therefore, the further study on"the application of historical research results in history teaching of senior high school "has a strong theoretical and practical value. Timely introduction of new materials and ideas in history study into the history lesson, not only help to improve the science of history teaching, but also help students to broaden their horizons and develop critical and creative thinking.In this essay, textbooks, classroom records and college entrance examination questions are used as the main material source and research object. First , the author mainly analyzes the necessity of applying new historical achievements into history teaching from the following aspects: the curriculum reform of history, the development of history literacy, the college entrance examination of history. Next, the author tries to analyze the current situation about the applying of new achievements in history teaching from textbook and teachers combining more microscopic and concrete cases thus further highlights the significance of the topic study. In the end, the author will put forward the enlightenment and suggestion, combining specific cases of the application of history research results in high school history teaching. The applying of new achievements in high school history teaching should be student-oriented. Students' knowledge appeal and cognition ability are the important basis for applying new achievements. Teachers play a key role in the applying of new achievements in high school history teaching so that teachers' historian literacy and teaching ideas both affect the effective application of historical achievements. Recently, the college entrance examination of history has become more dependent on new achievements of history research. Therefore, to find breakthrough point from history college entrance examination can help to combine high school's history teaching with the forefront of history study, which both make history-teaching contents scientific and improve students' grades.
