Maker education has a great potential value,which will have a great impact on the individual's development,the curriculum reform of the group,the national education system and the reform of the talent strategy.In the era of knowledge economy,the knowledge of intangible resources is gradually replacing the traditional tangible resources become the key factor of social progress,and open knowledge sharing has become the urgent needs of the people in the maker education,also commonly practiced by a single entity space support all learning activities,easy to form the "information island",and can not adapt to the learners of higher knowledge innovation and demand.Activities in college maker education are actually a process of knowledge management,and knowledge sharing is the core of knowledge management.To promote the knowledge sharing between members is propitious to actively improve students' learning interest and promote students' autonomous learning.Therefore,it is of practical significance to build a knowledge sharing platform for the development of maker education.First of all,this paper makes a study of the main body of knowledge in maker education through the literature research,and analyzes the characteristics of the students in maker education.Based on the analysis of the typical case of the project,the author makes a summary and analysis of the knowledge of the maker education according to the category of the knowledge and the subject.Based on the analysis of tacit knowledge sharing between individuals and maker space we made clear the process of learners' tacit knowledge socialization and externalization,and puts forward the hackerspaces tacit knowledge sharing model.Based on the analysis of the factors of knowledge sharing system in college maker education,this paper puts forward a theoretical model of knowledge sharing.Secondly,the influencing factors of college education maker knowledge sharing behavior is studied by adopting the methods of questionnaire.Based on social cognitive theory,we summed up the self-efficacy,outcome expectations,evaluation of caution,atmosphere of platform as the four factors and then put forward the hypothesis and establish the research model.Through the analysis of survey data,it is found that the self-efficacy is the base of learners' knowledge sharing behavior on the knowledge sharing platform.When in the better platform atmosphere,learners of higher self-efficacy result in higher degree of outcome expectations and lower degree of the evaluation apprehension.Thus will high self-efficacy can significantly promote learners' knowledge sharing behavior.Finally,guided by the theoretical model,this study divides and analyzes the customer demand in the knowledge sharing platform of college maker education based on SECI model.Then we designed and described the main function and features of the platform.Combining characteristics of the age of innovation2.0,this paper discusses existing problems in resource construction in knowledge sharing platform of college maker education and then put forward a system framework.Through analyzing customers' need of information resources and the characteristics of information resources,discussing the contents and measures of information resources construction the construction of university education,we construct the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing platform.Finally,the paper designs the knowledge sharing platform of the college students' maker education,and makes the revision according to the opinions and suggestions on the platform design of the experts.College education maker knowledge sharing platform to make up for the disadvantages of emphasizing resources rather than communication in traditional knowledge sharing platform.The focus is learner-centered,maker projects as media of platform content and will play an important role in promoting levels of learners' knowledge sharing in college maker education.
