Under the trend of maker times and further demands for the reform of basic education and many schools try to build maker curriculum,we decided to find some connection between"maker education" and "biology activity curriculum",then try to design a biology activity curriculum in senior high school which is suitable for the current situation and the reform of basic education.Through the practice research of this biology activity curriculum,our students could improve their awareness of innovation,practical ability and the spirit of sharing and communication,so they can be true student-makers in our new era.This research not only can rich results about maker education and activity curriculum at the theoretical part,but also promote the education reform and strengthen the construction of the curriculum system.This study designed the biology activity curriculum by setting goals,selecting connection,organizing activity and designing evaluation.And then it is necessary to carry out the practice study.Based on these research content,this study adopt the method of "theoretical research-design research-practice research".Firstly,the study used the literature survey method to generalize and analyze,and construct the theoretical system of this study to provide theoretical support and basis for the next empirical research.Secondly,it is necessay to using the questionnaire investigation to collect the data of students' initial biology-maker spirit to find out the research problem and put forward the corresponding research hypotheses.Around the Taylor principle,from setting goals,selecting connection,organizing activity to designing evaluation,"let's go:growing diary of biology makers" has been finished.In the end,we selected the appropriate content,and carry out the practice research to verify the research hypothesis.Finally,this study collected and presented the information of learners as the research result,and through the analysis of the results,the following conclusions are drawn.Through the investigation,we found our students'biology-maker spirit is just so-so and need to be improved;through the practice research,we can know that the learners' biology maker spirit has been developed and improved;on the part of promotion strategy,we provided some method to develop students' biology-maker spirit which is from these parts,including the "practice","innovation","sharing" and "communication";on the part of curriculum construction,this paper sumed up the way to construct the curriculum which is based on the Target Mode.
