In teaching reform which eagers for quick success and instant benefits,some teachers,especially young teachers are keen on rapidly introducing,transplanting or imitating some new practices and patterns,and then a song of lesson by participating in various teaching competition.New education skills can be get through long-term imitation practice or even short-term training,but most of teachers may not take these new things into their own experiences system,so it is hard to sublimate for the teaching wisdom.From the perspective of teachers' professional development,if the young teachers want to get out of the state of loss of personality and the decline of wisdom,they should be first to consciously upgrade moral cultivation,strengthen the theoretical study and teaching research,autonomously practice and self-examination,and then step on the road of "life conscious" self-development.Teachers' teaching behavior is the external manifestation of their inner wisdom.Therefore,the study takes the teacher's teaching behavior as the starting point,takes an intelligent teacher as the research object,and then shows her typical teaching behaviors through lots of cases,in order to provide reference for the development of young teachers through the analysis of the teaching case from this teacher.First of all,on the basis of reading and analysing a large number of literature,this study cards the concept of intelligent teacher,teaching behavior and correlation studies,and chooses the theory of Case Study,the theory of Teachers' concept system and the theory of teacher career realization as the theoretical basis of the research.On the one hand,it provides organization framework for the contents of cases,on the other hand,it also provides the theoretical support for understanding and analysis of the cases.Secondly,this study primarily adopts the method of Case Study,supplemented by the method of documentary,observation,interview and physical analysis.This study chooses an intelligent teacher from a primary school as the research object and takes part in the teacher's teaching life to collecte case material through the field observation,interview and analysis of works.Then through analysing and contrasting a large number of cases,the author screens out five kinds teaching behavior with intelligence,these are,the timely appropriate preparation before class,the flexible teaching methods,the interaction with both love and strictness,the degree of the classroom Management,and the evaluation which can find everybody's advantages;This part of the article mainly uses the method of case analysis to summarize the characteristics of the behavior at the same time insert the corresponding cases to support it;Deeply analyzing these cases and interpreting her teaching behaviors combining with interviews,four of the teacher's "concept of wisdom" are refined,these are,the wisdom of teaching understanding,teaching innovation,teaching reflection and self-development.Finally,on the basis of understanding and deeply analyzing the cases and combining the author's own understanding,this paper gives some inspirations to promote the generation of“wisdom” and the realization of teachers' career: strengthen the cultivation of teachers' morality to realize the “life consciousness”;reread and enrich the education theories to sublimate educational philosophy;carry out teaching practice and reflection to breed teaching wisdom;participation in teachers' development community to share wisdom.
