A Case Study Of Smart Teachers In Kindergartens

With the development of preschool education,people pay more attention on the quality of preschool education,and the key to the quality of preschool education is preschool teacher.The research of kindergarten intelligent teachers provides a new direction for the professional growth of preschool teachers,which makes the professional development of preschool teachers turn to an efficient angle,and leads preschool teachers to pay attention to their own teaching,their own career and their own development.In this study,S teacher's one-day teaching practice in kindergarten was objectively described through observation and interview.It was found that she has some characteristics as follow:Pointing to the children,she can be of a keen observation,be good at grasping educational opportunities,pay more attention on cultivating the self-management ability of the children and be good at using encouragement;Pointing to herself,she is rich in knowledge,understands early childhood development regularity and characteristics,loves students,wholeheartedly devoted to early childhood education and takes the initiative to learn;Positive personality traits,she has unique innovation,Freedom and happiness.In an in-depth interview with S teachers,it was found that the factors affecting S teachers'professional growth mainly include internal factors and external factors.The internal reasons of influencing the wisdom teachers in kindergartens are firm belief,love of work,diligence and good thinking,and the external factors mainly include the guidance of the master,the opportunities offered by kindergartens,the support of parents and the influence of parents.Growing up as an intelligent child teacher is not going to be done at one kick.It takes time to precipitate and accumulate We can grow into a wisdom preschool teacher by setting up the right career view and children's education view,and strengthening our faith,Cultivating observation ability and improving sensitivity to children's problems;Establishing trust with young children;Attaching importance to the work of parents;Lifelong learning.
