Primary and secondary schools are the main sites for popularizing the rank system of Chinese Wushu,which makes the faculty force of the rank system of Chinese Wushu in primary and secondary schools plays a big part in the rank system of Chinese Wushu promotion.The inquiry in Henan province,which is one of the pilot provinces,about the Present Situation of primary and secondary schools Wushu Teachers,as well as the problems,is conducive to enhance the overall level of Teachers.Not only is it beneficial to the promotion of the rank system of Chinese Wushu's popularization in primary and secondary schools,but also is good for providing the experiences of introducing the rank system of Chinese Wushu to other areas.In this paper,I take Henan Province as the subject investigated,studying the rank system of Chinese Wushu with literature method,survey method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis and so on,to investigate the current situation of Wushu Teacher Training in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province.What's more,I analyze the problems existing and put forward the effective countermeasures according to the problems.The research shows the regional distribution of the teachers of the rank system of Chinese Wushu in Henan Province is sensible,as well as age and gender structures;Most training teachers are the College Wushu professional teachers,professional athletes or coaches,with professional ability and theoretical knowledge.In addition,they have been working as front-line educators all the time,experienced;As for the training organization and management,teacher training system begins to take shape.With rigorous and orderly management of the training organization and the effective training content throughout all aspects of training,the training has achieved a good training effect.The problems of the rank system of Chinese Wushu in Henan Province are as follows: It is difficult to carry out the training for that the trainees participating in the training from different majors.In addition,the training contents distribution are unreasonable,without regional characteristics,diverse modes and enough time in training.Moreover,lack of strict norms,the investigate system is not perfect;What's more,there is no one integrated tracking management system which can furnish the guidance after the training;Last but not least,the leadership attention is not enough and the teacher seem rather lukewarm in training.In this paper,there are the following countermeasures put forward for the existing problems: First,carry out the periodical training teaching to improve the comprehensive quality and professional ability of the students gradually.Second,we should distribute the training content rationally,optimize the training methods,highlight the importance of training characteristics and increase the training time.Third,we are supposed to regulate the assessment system strictly,improving the evaluation system.Fourth,it is necessary to optimize the tracking management mechanism and strengthen the guidance after the training.Fifth,we should also strengthen the publicity of the rank system of Chinese Wushu and stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers in training,which is committed to improving the leadership attention.
