In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s tourism industry,the number of star hotels,travel agencies,tour guide service and other service companies soaring,more and more labor shortage situation,especially the quality of hotel talents showing a shortage,the situation in Heyuan is more obvious.The vocational school graduates majored in hotel management is the main source of the hotel industry,for primary service jobs and grass-roots management personnel,the quality of employment of the graduates directly affects the development of hotel industry in China,but in the last two years,the colleges and vocational school of hotel management and the number of enrollment has great changes,it is necessary to carry out study on the employment status of students of secondary occupation school of hotel management.Based on the case of Heyuan technology school,with students majoring in hotel management of the school(potential employees),graduates(staff)and the school(the training unit)and enterprises(employers)as the research object,the comprehensive methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interviews and other multi-faceted research on employment of secondary vocational students majored in hotel management.The survey for students and alumni interviews mainly includes the concept of employment,employment status,standard work(Graduate)and the suggestions and evaluation for school and the employment unit(Graduate),for school teachers,the survey content mainly includes specialty construction,school teachers,curriculum,funding practice and training,and for the school enterprise cooperation,research on labor units mainly focus on school enterprise cooperation,employment system,Fu Benefits and employment status of secondary vocational graduates.The results show that the employment situation of secondary vocational school students is generally good,but there are still some problems that can not be ignored.These problems are mainly reflected in three aspects: students themselves,schools and enterprises.In view of these problems,this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: in the aspect of the students themselves,they need to correct their attitude,plan the future,study hard and improve their comprehensive quality.In school,we need to improve the training mode,optimize the curriculum,strengthen the guidance of career development education.In the enterprise,the establishment of a clearstaff motivation and wage growth system,and actively communicate with employees to negotiate.On the other hand,the government should continue to deepen the comprehensive reform of modern vocational education and strengthen the participation and support of professional construction. |
