During past few years,with more attention paid to high vocational education by the government,the high vocational colleges also industriously improved their teaching level under the support of national policy,among which,education on students' ideology and politics are getting more attention.By taking powerful measures to enhance the team construction of instructors in high vocational colleges and to strengthen education and management of students,it all reached a certain good result.As one of important parts of teachers from high education,instructors from high vocational colleges act as educators of students' thoughts,organizers and administers for daily matters and many other roles as well,which endows them with heavy management transaction and multiple pressure.There were still many problems about their works,and the work dilemma remained unsolved.Thus,it was significant to realize the current status and dilemma of instructor in vocational colleges for that it could improve the overall level of the counselor team and promote high vocational education to develop in healthy and sustainable way.First,through document research,this abstract obtained the institutional change of instructors in high vocational colleges and current situation of team construction for full-time instructors and also provided reference and basis for following research.Second,the abstract also made a questionnaire survey to the full-time instructors and students in high vocational colleges of Hebei Province.By randomly selecting 302 full-time counselors and 300 students of high vocational colleges to make questionnaires,and made interviews with 10 full-time counselors who have been involved in the questionnaire,we understand the whole structure and situation of the instructor team.From it we found that the position allocation of instructors is unreasonable,job duties are complex,and working mode is lack of creativity and of low efficiency and serious job burnout.But,by making attribution analysis to the interview materials,the abstract proposed breakthrough method including completing management system of full-time counselors of highvocational colleges,clarifying their job duties,expand the development space of their occupation,reforming appraisal mechanism and consummate recruiting and training systems etc.This paper made a further analysis based on the research and reached the following conclusion:(1)The position allocation of instructors is unreasonable,which still have obvious gap to be being professional and expert(2)The location of the full-time counselors' position is unclear,which made them bear plenty of tasks,and this result in a high working pressure and uncertain working efficiency of the instructors.(3)The job title and duty has narrow developing space and lack of expedite promotion channel.(4)Too much work but bad treatment,which results in a low acceptance for this occupation and easy job burnout.(5)Limited self-capability and lack of completed training system,which required an urgent improvement of their work capacity.
